FUNCTION  SetHelpPath(path)             Set default help file path

     When storing your help file databases some place other than the
current directory, you can use the SetHelpPath function to specify an
alternative path to use when opening your help database.

RETURNS   The current helppath.  By default, this is null and the
          current directory will be used.
